I wanted one of the african nations instead of the european playoff team, but the draw is fine.

Now lets talk about all three of our matches kicking off at 7:00AM CST.

I got a Yahoo Sports alert with them but cross referencing with the FIFA site it looks like those times are wrong. The start times for all group stage games will either be 8:00PM, 11:00PM, 2:00AM, and 5:00AM all times Central Standard Time. We know the first game won't be an 8:00PM start because the Qatar/Ecuador match will start then. I bet our start time for the first match will be 11:00PM, the USA England match will definitely, 100% start at 8:00PM on Black Friday. The USA/Iran match will start at either 8:00PM or 11:00PM, I'm going to guess 8:00. Having one Arab team and two European teams will help us out quite a bit with the start times. A huge percentage of the ad revenue from the Olympics and World Cup comes from Europe and North America so we'll generally get good start times.

And I will 100% be at KC Live for that USA/England match, we play KU at home in football the next day.

Obviously only one of those start times is any good, but if we have a critical game that starts at 5:00 AM I promise I will do my best to day drink during it.

Lies, or real stuff?  FIFA already knew about the migrant workers being forced to work ungodly hours for reduced pay and horrible working conditions.  It gets worse?

Sadly, there are some on this blog who want the same situation in the United States.   :frown:

I can't imagine paying $100 a head to go see a scoreless meaningless match. This is why soccer sucks.
