i've never taken a bite out of the bean can, i generally don't eat a lot of canned refried beans.ecn is right. make bacon. discard some, leave some in pan but chopped up. put pinto beans into pan with bacon grease. mash them with spatula. profit.

I do love me some refried beans as well Question for pissclams out of pure curiosity: Do you like black beans and/or pinto beans as much as you do the refried variety? Are you simply a "bean type of guy" or is it pretty much just refried beans for pissclams?Because for me, it's refried beans or nothing. Black beans are fine on Chipotle but otherwise are very boring and gross. Pinto beans=yuck
