6 pm kick.  When is last time we played at night in Ames?  Ever?

Going to the barn to make the lights work on the tractor if we're pulling that plow home in the dark.

Not since at least 1996. The only other time we played them at night was at home when Bobby Wallace pooed all over Seneca Wallace's "heisman campaign."

I wanted him to do “I'm staying” after the game yesterday but actually it would be a zillion times better if he somehow got a mic and did it there Saturday.

He has to stay around one more year to beat Les Miles naturally.

He's already beat Les.

It makes me giggle thinking about how important this stupid Iowa State game has turned out to be this year, to Bill.

This straw man is the most impressive of all of your series of little bitter straw men throughout the fall. Bill has yet to say three words about Iowa State yet you're claiming to know how important it is to him. Could this steam of bullshit not have waited until at least after tomorrow's conference call?

Two things:  first, he needs this game to avoid a losing season, and make a bowl game, so yeah, it’s a big rough ridin' deal to him.

Second, go eff yourself.

You think Snyder cares that much about winning at this point?

I do.  Why is he pissed about not getting first downs with one yard to go on 4th down?  Why is he blaming players/individuals?  If that isn’t desperation for winning, then what is?

Snyder cares more about winning than, well, everything.

It's huge, because with the W, 6-6 and bowl invite, he'll be coming from an even stronger position when he has Myers tell Gene to eff off.

I assume the water will be high enough on Saturday for their fans to do a mass drowning suicide after the game?

night game in Ames, might be a record crowd of ISU fans to witness their clones getting their hearts torn out by the Cats.  the amount of booing pouring through the tv gets my heart racing

I am enjoying this new ISU coach who gives them hope before mediocritizing them.

Amazing that they rescheduled Incarnate Word too.  It's not a warm-up game, it's that program high-water mark of 7 wins.

Humiliate Iowa State if we win. Humiliate Snyder if we lose. Win/win.

I actually might feel sorry for them if we win.....

hahahahaha, just kidding.  Freaking dorks.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Will crushing the souls of flood aggie have the added bonus of putting us in contention for a bowl-game thats not the bottom of the barrel?  I assumed based on recent performance that our bowl prospects were non-existant

does anyone really care to go to a 6-6 bowl, after the year we've had?  I guess if i know that Snyder is leaving then sure why not, let's send him off right.  But if he doesn't announce anything between Sunday and the bowl game, i don't want any part of that.

Bowl season is a lot more interesting with K-State in it vs not. Yes, I don't care how bad we suck, i'd still have something to look forward to.

I recall how excited I was when K-State became bowl eligible the first time in Snyder 2.0.  I try to hold on to that excitement knowing it was pretty depressing not going to a bowl in 3 straight years.  Wanting to be a better team than 6-6 is also a good thing.

Of course. A shitty bowl is nothing to brag about but it's definitely better than not going to a bowl.

Without crappy bowls, would anyone know Adrian Hilburn's name?
