The ratings LOVED Bielema's 2nd and 3rd teams at Arkansas and I think we can attest his year 3 team was pretty good.

But the last two years, especially this one, have been very ugly.

Plus, he might want to keep Sean because his teams usually stink at special teams.

That 2014 team finished dead last in the SEC west, with 6 losses to teams ranked in the top 20.

In 2014 a decent K-State team was playing for the conference championship the last weekend of the season.

McElwain won his division two years in a row and then got fired midway through his third season. I think he would be great here.

Winning the SEC East in '15 and '16 isn't a very remarkable feat.  Especially when you're Florida.

By the way, he lost to Bielema by 3 touchdowns last year.

Top 10 recruiting classes for the 4 of the 5 years (one other was 23rd) before he got there.

Would take a special coach to rebuild after the lack of talent in that program when he got there.

It's hard to imagine a P5 school where it's easier to get ten wins than the University of Florida, given their division and recruiting base.

Leavitt would be a fine hire.  He checks a lot of boxes.  It's not quite as sexy as Venables in my mind, but it'd be a fine hire nonetheless.
