Never having a back problem then one day without lifting a thing your lower back is a mess...and it lasts for a week....so last day of Christmas vacation you sit at home popping sdvil and using s heating pad.

Old.

Surprisingly not bad so far. Oxytocin is working well.

How about one sneeze causing about 3 days of back pain?  Good times.

I look forward to the weekend. I love pooping whenever I feel the urge. No waiting for a meeting to end. No looking for a rest stop. Pretty sure I'm old now.

Not all hurt. There's sort of a common progression with them, though. And it's possible for circulation to the intestines to eventually get cut off, which is potentially fatal. So, they do tend to fix them for that reason, too, I guess.

Massive back spasms today, fellas. Played golf on Saturday. T's and P's would be much appreciated, but I feel pro tips might help the best. TIA.

I got contacts for the first time in my mid 30s. Only 0.50 prescription though. Turned 40 this year and one is a 1.00 and the other is a 0.75. Those may be minus numbers. I don’t remember.

On this topic I turned 40 this year and am old AF. SAD AND UNFAIR!
