At a minor league hockey game they had a foam puck toss where you toss the puck onto to the rink & whoever is closest to the middle wins money. I was about 9 rows from the glass behind a goal. Someone in the upper deck tossed a puck & it hit me. I then tried to lob it over the net. Halfway through the throw a pain shot through my shoulder, down my side, into my hip. The puck went 45 degrees to my left & made it about 6 rows. It never got higher than my head. Everyone laughed at me, but some other dads were laughing with me in sympathy & not at me.

I changed pillows and after night two I could not turn my head to the left without excruciating neck pain. I have used different pillows but it has been a week and is maybe worse

I toss and turn in my sleep which means you are basically screwed if you get pinched nerves/neck/back stiffness/pain but instagram has really good stretches that help me a lot.

Yoga/pullups/pushups is the best bet here

Yoga wasn't focused enough. But this has helped a ton:

That guy has weird tits.  Tiny polo not a great call there.  Also thrown by the high waisted, tightly cinched puff top pants.  I can deal with a giant face no problem, but this is getting out of hand.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Strained my serratus anterior driving 2200 miles last week. Then it wouldn't get better because I'm a desk jockey. Leaning on your forearm engages it.

I hate getting old.

My back was already a little sore but I went skating last night and I couldn't stand up when I got out of bed this morning. Have been wearing my back brace around all morning.

They didn't do limbo! I probably shouldn't have skated as much but when I left I felt fine, just getting old!

3 signs…I put up bird feeders (sign 1), got pissed because no birds were showing up (sign 2), and got super pumped when this yellow rough rider showed up (sign 3).

My grandmother loved the crap out of feeding birds in her 60’s and 70’s. Bird feeders, bird baths, the whole enchilada. It seems like a good benchmark for aging.

With the apps/sites, it's like a real life video game that reminds me of Pokemon Go. With the Merlin app, it can listen and tell you what birds it thinks it hears live. With E-Bird, it keeps track of every bird you claim to see and the exact location. I didn't realize how location (county/state) specific it gets. There is a couple dudes who maintain a database that tracks every bird that has been seen in which county in Kansas. Certain birders try to be "list-able" in every county in Kansas. Lot of time and dedication.

Some random feeder from Ace hardware. We had bees all over by the end of the summer.

I had a humming bird feeder last summer. Never had any issues with wasps or bees. But despite refilling the thing 4-5 times, which I take to indicate plenty of humming bird activity, I only saw ONE humming bird the entire time. I will say that it was pretty cool to see that one, though.
