Ever heard of a little company called Apple?  Started by KSU grad Steve Jobs (named the company after the Little Apple).

That reminds me of Mr Tom Edison who loved his time at ksu so much he named his company after his favorite ksu cats combofan blog. KST8FAN (Tom) I believe is a direct descendent.

John Lennon earned a Music Theory Degree from The Kansas State University via correspondence courses.    His estate quietly donated two Steinway pianos to the Department of Music.

Flamboyant Megaupload founder Kim DotCom aka Kim Schmitz aka Schmitty was a 1996 Computer Science graduate of Kansas State University.

Via back channel communications with the K-State Foundation.   Kim has promised millions in donations via crypto-currency to the University as he ventures into a new start up.

BTW, if you see an office in the new K-State Foundation office park with the sign on the front door that reads, "Do Lung Bridge Import Export" just remember that not all things are really what they appear.

And, the remaining 99% are impoverished imps.

Walk out of your trailers; live your own lives.  Don't live vicariously through the success of others.

Did your cow school not teach you this?...no, likely not, as they were focused on 100 level classes.

Most Sincerely,

A very, very successful Vanderbilt...VANDERBILT graduate that has lots, and lots, and lots of money.

Not a graduate, but I'm thankful that Abraham Lincoln decided that THE state university of Kansas should exist around the same time he freed the slaves. I know that brings up bitter memories for the Vanderbuildt ilk, but still warms my heart today.

Julia Roberts and Elvira.

Elvira graduated from the my high school, Palmer High in Colorado Springs, although a couple decades before I did.  Elvira was born in Manhattan, but I don't see anything showing that she attended K-State.

Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking are also KSU grads, but unfortunately I don't have a link.

Once heard Mickey Spillane say on a talk show he attended K-State, but his Wiki page says Fort Hays. Who you gonna believe, Spillane or some gottdamn fancy internets. If the latter, I'll break your rough ridin' nose like Mike Hammer.

So, to understand, a Kansas school craps-out like 20K people/year and the rare blind-squirrel is known to the general public?

Can you tell me the median income of a Kansas graduate post-degree?

Why is Kent State so negative about Vanderbilt...VANDERBILT?  Don't they train you to like/respect the beautiful people?
