I've only ever seen clips of Rogan's podcast, but his fans describe it to me as people having a conversation, which makes it sound a lot like The View in concept. It's probably better than The View, though, because it couldn't be worse.

I watched Rogan's "apology" video, and he must have said the word conversation 50 times. He really wants people to know that he's "just having a conversation."

Lol, agree with everything here.  I'm all for free speech in both cases but not sure to what degree?  Like Rage said, you think it would be hard to make someone who is dumb, dumber but here we are.  And the fact that both hold large audiences should scare everyone.

an idea that has been reinforced by over-simplistic demographic classifications (i.e. - check the box that best represents you)

I didn't take it as one.  I think race and ethnicity are intertwined.  I think the definition of race has changed a tad from what it once was like you mentioned above.

This, like Gavin Newsom last week, is just moronic, self-inflicted horrible PR. I'm sure she had her mask on the entire time she was at that school, then for some dumbass reason she convinced herself it would be okay to take it off for the picture when literally everyone else has their mask on.
