I posted that before I read that he was cited with a misdemeanor but from now on I am working on the assumption that this glass throated lib journo someone who makes me uncomfortable will die from his injuries and the felony is murder.

As I suspected, it appears Jacobs was Choke Slammed. The audio is impressive, he took it like a champ and still had his wits about him.
