Why is there a demand for lamb
Biggest feast holiday for (I would guess) most of K-State's international students, Eid al-Fitr.
I seriously doubt much of the lamb was consumed for Eid. Their lamb isn't halal and international students aren't going to know about that place.
Maybe. I know many of them will settle for the best available.
But it doesn't really matter. If the store is smart, they'll market to that population.
