Get a special prosecutor and investigate everything about this. Unless trump is afraid
Do liberals understand what Pandora’s Box Obama opened up by Obama using the powers of the NSA, CIA and FBI to spy on his political opponents? Even Nixon never did that.If the stories are correct, Obama or his officials might even face prosecution. But, we are still early in all of this and there are a lot of rumors flying around so the key is if the reports are accurate. We just don’t know at this time. The stories currently are three-fold: first, that Obama’s team tried to get a warrant from a regular, Article III federal court on Trump, and was told no by someone along the way (maybe the FBI), as the evidence was that weak or non-existent; second, Obama’s team then tried to circumvent the federal judiciary’s independent role by trying to mislabel the issue one of “foreign agents,” and tried to obtain a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act “courts”, and were again turned down, when the court saw Trump named (an extremely rare act of FISA court refusal of the government, suggesting the evidence was truly non-existent against Trump); and so, third, Obama circumvented both the regular command of the FBI and the regularly appointed federal courts, by placing the entire case as a FISA case (and apparently under Sally Yates at DOJ) as a “foreign” case, and then omitted Trump’s name from a surveillance warrant submitted to the FISA court, which the FISA court unwittingly granted, which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump. Are these allegations true?

Out of 35,000+ requests for surveillance, the FISA court has only ever rejected a whopping 12.

KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
I don’t have an opinion about what happened, or didn’t happen, with the wiretapping. But this story did make me laugh when I realized we find ourselves in the following fun situation:1. President Trump is the world’s biggest liar (according to his foes).And…2. President Trump now has direct access to more national secrets than any other living human being. And that means fun. This wiretapping situation shows us how much fun it will be. Six months ago, if Trump made a hard-to-believe claim about something that is also hard to verify, the country would assume he was lying, incorrect, or negotiating. Now, if he says something hard-to-believe, such as the recent wiretapping claim, you have to wonder if the President knows something you don’t. Because he knows a lot of somethings you don’t.

“Details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value were widely disseminated in an intelligence community report,”

It's mindless bullshit drivel. Also, they, and you should read your "articles" before posting them:"(B) there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party;"following with only examples that have been court approved or litigated and allowed by the courts. Ehhh....One of the upshots from Snowden/Greenwald is that communications of uninvolved United States parties are absolutely acquired and retained, even those originating within the US. Whether or not they are used is a different question, but acquired, absolutely.
