What Am I Cheering for Now? Need to Know ASAP

With ADJC out, it seems practically a certainty that oscar is gone next year either way.  That being the case, should I still be in BID mode hoping we lose out and seal his fate, or cheer for the kats to rattle off two straight and sneak into the Tournament?

I'm holding out hope for a tourney bid and oscar being fired. I'm not sure how that will make other coaches feel, but I think it'd be a comforting statement for myself personally. Either way, KSU is going to be ok.

Why do people want to see this team make the tournament? What's so awesome about sneaking in as a 12 seed and getting blasted by a 5 seed? Just so our name is on the bracket? So we can hear Oscar squeal excuses and play hard stuff a few more times?

I have liked the players, especially DJamer and Sneed, most of this year.

But I have a hard time with what I saw last Saturday and in many of these other games down the stretch. There is simply a gigantic problem with coaching and playing when you have this many terrible halves of basketball over the last 10 games.
