I hope that Townie credentials is a recurring theme. Maybe some guests will enjoy providing their own credentials. Or if there is a report of a local event, Townie credentials of those involved could be particularly enlightening.

This. I'm not sure why John isn't one of the hosts. I mean that Steve guy isn't even a townie really.

Maybe the title should be "Talk of the Townies and Guys That Claim They are Townies but Probably aren't".

John is like Master townie, but Ben legitimized me as a townie so I think I support him the most. Steve is a poser, and Evan sounded angry to be there.

I'm hoping this spawns a whole "townie" podcast network, like "real kansas citians, w/ 'clams and 'tola" "the crossroads, w/' bias" and "things we pretend don't suck about Wichita, w/ the gooches"

No MHS is a big knock against anyone's Townie credentials. "Steve" does have the new restaurant thing down, though, and more than enough overall Townie enthusiasm to be a good host.
