Not sure if this goes here, but I recently hired a dentist away from one of our main competitors and my COO was pumped about it. She was in Indy for the week checking on a few of our practices and decided to go out for a night cap with one of our current dentists. While they were out, they ran into the new guy I hired and he was crap faced. He knew our dentist, so he sat down at the table without even knowing that was our COO. He kept cussing and swearing and going off about his current job. I guess the next day he didn't even remember meeting her. Whoops!
