Guys I'll be at a wedding rehearsal dinner during our hoops game (hoping for good tv access!

) so my menu is out of my hands as they say. But a Friday night prime time dinner time match up provides some true opportunities for great food/drink offerings to go with cat hoops.

The corned beef is roasted in Guinness with onion. Then the colcannon consists of cabbage cooked in browned butter and irish whiskey then mixed in with mashed potatoes. Topped with part browned butter and part gravy made from the corned beef/Guinness broth.

I ate at Keltic Star like 2 weeks ago and had their Rueben for the first time and it was really good.
