Unauthorized access of a computer or related system across the Internet is a Federal crime.  Hacked servers are evidence, unless you’re the DNC. 

If Mueller even gets these hackers in a US court room does he even have any FBI:Federal Law Enforcement produced (not 3rd party) forensic evidence?  3rd parties can only be called as experts to testify as to the validity of official forensic evidence, correct?  Anybody know? 

Everything I’ve read says there’s no US law enforcement produced forensic evidence on the DNC servers, all 3rd party.

As of right now based on what we know.  The United States Government cannot produce a single shred of forensic evidence actually obtained by the US government itself relative to the DNC server hack.

The DNC flat out lied about giving the FBI access but we had to wait months before the FBI officially refuted the DNC’s lies.
