According to the report, Assange's lawyer said Assange declined Rohrabacher's offer. And Assange didn't say that Russia wasn't involved. Rohrabacher said Assange said it.

In Jan of 17, Assange was on Fox and was asked about the Russians and the DNC emails he denied the Russians were involved.
