I believe his tweet was, "Have you ever heard of overtraining?" At first I thought that meant there is no such thing but apparently there is. Word is he hurt or strained something while lifting.

Mega A plus source: if you're hurt (besides long term stuff) and don't want to play, best to stay away from practice. Otherwise the guilt gets laid on thick.

I think Barnes is gone now. First Bill admitted they mumped up and caused him to miss the TCU game, now he feels they caused him to get hurt again by treating bowl prep like off-season workouts and Bill calls him out in a presser. All this after barely playing the first 7 or 8 games this year while the coach's son plays the role he should have been playing, at a minimum. The staff likes to pick out 1 or 2 players to make an example of. He's too good to play that role going forward.

Lol at thinking he'll transfer just because he had a disagreement with coaches. He'll be a 1st team all Big 12 RB next season with the cats.
