Have often entertained the thought of buying a house near the Ville as an investment, renting it out the stipulation that renters must be willing to GTFO (or at least give up a bedroom) on various gamedays.  Obviously, rent would be adjusted accordingly for this unusual situation.

We should just get a contract with ESPN for goEMAW for like $5K/month or so and make the house the new goEMAW HQ and use that revenue to pay for it.  Mods?
