I sincerely think these calls are being avoided out of deference to Snyder. But the holding was bad -- by two K-State OL -- on that play.

The return to the lost years is complete. This looks like a pre CAB era team.
The coordinators and assistants did a good job early on, but as the BOR made it clear that they want the program eviscerated, confidence and energy has waned, leaving a hollow shell that has far less to do with competence than executive malevolence.

At this stage of the season and this game, blaming the BOR for this slow-motion train wreck is like Marines being lit up by a gangle of goat herding jihadis and blaming Obama and a compliant Congress. Yes, Obama put our sons and daughters in harems way and he probably roots for the other side but at some point, Marines gotta be Marines. When Marines in the field act like social workers, the lick is on their immediate field leadership, not the political leadership half a world away. For our Bears, they are being failed by their field leadership (coaching staff across the board) and their own lack of desire.

I don't expect these coaches to have their hearts in this...I mean how could they? BOR openly calling them liars and blaming them for everything.
I remember rushing the field when we beat K State to become bowl Eligible for first time. Fun times ahead.
