And what do you have to base this opinion on? Underwood's "pinch post" offense? We were not about to hire someone from Martin's staff. Underwood needs to prove that he can win in a "basketball" conference, not some rink-dink league. He also needs to prove that he can recruit at a high level. Right now he's playing with an NBA-bound point guard, one of the best shooters in the history of the Big 12 (Forte) and a wing player who has vastly exceeded expectations. That's a pretty good trio of players, and he's still below .500 in the conference. If Weber had Evans as our point guard this season, we'd be 21-1 right now and sitting on top of the Big 12. And if you don't believe that, go back and look at our schedule and all of our close losses. One player of Evans ability can make that kind of a difference.
