Brian Kelly - does that count? Or Terry Allen

I thought about Brian Kelly, but he has a crap ton of wins.

Paul Johnson is the only one of these dudes in danger of getting canned this year and he also would never ever have us in NCAA trouble. He also has an offense and work history that would give the tucks the justification of accepting the hire.

All of you guys picking dudes that have been out of work for a decade, or picking non P5 coaches, clearly don't get the game.

Tuberville seems like he could be in danger. Not really a P5 though.

I think the lesson is that oscar's hiring was unprecedentedly bad.

remember when Muschamp was the HCIW for Mack at Texas?  guess it couldn't have turned out much worse.

Nominations will be considered as well.

To me the key aspects of a comparison are

-on the hot seat at current school or recently was
-mediocre record with some past success
-currently at a school with worse program than Kstate, but still power 5
-retread city, no enthusiasm generated
-Kstate coaching tree through someone who doesn't care about Kstate
-inherited some success and promptly started a long nose dive

-on the hot seat at current school or recently was (he was on hot seat at ISU)
-mediocre record with some past success (Orange Bowl!)
-currently at a school with worse program than Kstate, but still power 5 (no, but last school was P5-ish)
-retread city, no enthusiasm generated (yes)
-Kstate coaching tree through someone who doesn't care about Kstate (I helped build it, I can tear it down)
-inherited some success and promptly started a long nose dive (didn't inherit success at KU, started the nose dive for sure)

You also need to include that the coach has to be completely clean.  Total milk toast.

Kill is a Currie dream, super clean, recruits high schools, super white, a super average 49-45 lifetime Division 1-A record. The West side sit down crowd would Kill 4 Jerry

Ferentz completes a Weber cycle every 8 years or so and starts over.

Zook is also a good choice
How come Ferentz wasn't on the voting chart?  I think this personifies it.  What  a cush job that guy has.  Not expected to win the conference and makes over $4 mill.
