This is true. My first distinct memory of this was 1995. I was a student and we destroyed OU 49-10, which was still a big deal back then. But that band kept playing Boomer Sooner over and over even while getting blown out. I've hated it ever since. The only other song I hate more is the Aggie War Hymn or whatever those weirdos call it.

It's kind of funny because my first trip to TCU's stadium was when the Cats almost shut them out in 2012, so up until the game was basically over I saw that weird frog-train looking thing in the corner of the stadium but I couldn't figure out what the hell it was there for.
