Yes, if there's one primary reason why print media continues to have an editorial page, it's because no one pays any attention to them.   Editorial boards do not dictate the direction of a new media outlet.   

The majority or regular coverage of Hillary in publications like the NYT or WP even if being negative, is so laden with soft landings and consistent "but the other guy is worse" re-directs, it's pure comedy.
