I bit and read the article, which says nothing about financial impact to NFL. I don't think they're hurting at all over this crap. Incidentally, the people primarily interjecting politics in sports are the same ones claiming to boycott over it.

The NFL has already become less popular due to the whole concussion issue, which will be the cause of its demise if anything is.
