Pico De Gallo

So I just ate an entire container of Pico De Gallo and was thinking why don't we have a thread for this?  I for one, am about the biggest Pico fan OAT.  Pico with tons of Cilantro is my favorite, but Pico with pineapple I destroy too.

What kinds of Pico do you like?  What family recipe do you use?  Where do you buy your Pico or ingredients?

pico is gross.  there's a place in westwood that puts pico on their "street tacos" but i get them without pico because pico is gross.

well now it's called salsa fresca bc it's made of fresh things, bud. and like if you left it in your fridge for multiple weeks like ppl do with "chunky salsa" it would turn into a pile of disgusting, rotting sludge. but, yes, it can be packaged, after the guy in your local kroger affiliate chops it up and deems it appropriate.

About every other Saturday I get all the ingredients at the Farmer's Market and make my own.  It is really good. I use it for chips, on fish, and other.  One of my favorite summer time foods.
