what do you guys go with? I've got a few tools in my toolbox here but nothing groundbreaking.

-chardonnay cooled to a temperature that you shouldn't normally drink chardonnay at
-modello in a frosty glass with some lime
-actually any mexican lager served as above
-vodka, soda, lime on tons of ice

along the lines of your Chardonnay at too cold a temp I like to pour over a glass full of ice half Sav Blanc, half sparkling water of your choosing ( I like lime LA Croix best) on top of the amount of Vodka that is appropriate for what night it is.

This might be my "go to" hot weather drink. I also like a gin and tonic, tons of ice, with a lime wedge too. IMO anything lime related is very refreshing. It can be as simple as a Sonic limeaid with some vodka poured in it.

I like to drink a Moscow Mule when it is hot.

Also it looks like that kid is going to get pounded in the face with whatever kind of ball that thing pitches.

blood orange liquer, gin, some lemon juice and something fizzy either 7up, tonic or we've used kombucha a few times as well. pour in pint glass, its awesome

Pimm's Cup

Its not super strong, though. It is great for all day drinking on a hot day.

Pimm's #1 - like two shots or something
Ginger ale - or whatever. some ppl use 7up, but that's too sweet to me
slice of lime
slice of lemon
bunch of thin sliced cucumbers on bottom, then a couple on top
bunch of ice

You can make them with a bunch of different fruit, but above is my fav.
