Hey vets. Obam. Sex change operations are more important than lessening waits

I heard the VA passed an Obama directive that my tax dollars will be used to give vets sex changes.  I would use this money to fix the damn backlog of vets waiting for life saving procedures.  Will deballing be.fast tracked?

Paying for procedures is different than ensuring you have a staff capable of performing those procedures within a reasonable amount of time.
