Wacky gets a pass on this one because it wasn't until I started eating the medium rare steaks that Gooch cooks that I really started liking steak. I used to eat them well done because that's how my dad cooked them when I was a kid....although a couple months ago he told me that that is how I ordered them when I was a kid.
