I don't know about you, but I am pretty excited about Powercat II. While I am sure the redesign is in excellent hands at Kansas State University, what are your dream logos? What would you wear on a hat? What could be turned in to a train that smashes into another mascot that will get your purple passion flowing?

i run in a few circles where discussions of powercat 2 have come up. the only thing i can get out of anyone in the know is that currie is spearheading the development of powercat 2 and that he's totally ruled out any possibility that powercat 1 will be around beyond 2017. apparently he hates the powercat as much as most of us do.

I have heard it will look nothing like PCatUno, clean break from the past.

Why would you want to mess with a logo that has become very recognizable and associated with good qualities?

100% can confirm that powercat 1 in its entirety is done and buried <--insidery info

if i were to guess, powercat 2 will be rendered in 3 dimensions rather than our flat/shitty current iteration. someone told me that currie's goal is to bring our school symbol more in line with current times which will help to market it more to millennials

Interesting thought: The word "power" is pretty aggressive and I think it should be replaced with something less violent.
