I think it was less a comment about "disagreement" and more about the cavalier dismissive nature that has pervaded the Currie/Schulz administration.

Yeah, you are right. I sped through it the first time, he says it well here:

Here's the thing with the "family" BS. When you're on the team, its a great way to motivate and remind your teammates that you're in this together. You're working towards a goal, and you don't quit on one another, just like a family. However when its drilled into the heads of fans that we are family because we like the same sports team, that's weird and frankly creepy.

I'd add that if you think that Snyder is more sincere about family than Shulz and Currie, you've been duped.
