Twitter can be used for two reasons: Business and entertainment. I use it for both. We have a @GoPowercat account for business purposes that we use to draw new customers to the site. @DScottFritchen also does a lot of sports-related tweets, and we've discovered that like talk radio, these help introduce ourselves and the product to new customers.

However, Twitter is also used as a distraction for many. That's certainly what I do with my @LifeofFitz account. This is a corner of my life when I rarely talk K-State sports in a serious manner (or almost anything in a serious manner), nor am I that often asked by my followers for such info. My bio is clear in stating that this is my non-work account. I think humor is one of Twitter's greatest uses because I find it much more entertaining (and also informative) than the endless string of crap people put on Facebook.

The answer to your second question is easy. Just search the hashtag (#kstate or #aggieville) and Twitter will give you results. As for the rest of your questions, I'll let someone who takes Twitter more seriously answer those.

What were the questions? And wtf does he mean he doesn't take seriously? If there is anything he takes seriously, its creeping, and creeping is his main twitter M.O.

I don't remember. All i know is there was a dude saying Schulzy is a horrible follow on twitter...and i wanted to punch that person in the face.

Looks like that eye hernia surgery knocked him out of being able to complete his work, but he was able to tough it out and keep on keeping on the twitter.

At least he acknowledged during this Deep Purple episode that there wouldn't be much news on gpc for the summer, as he would be taking some much-needed vacation time.

We have many mutual friends and talk on Twitter all the time. Kelly is beautiful, but also smart and ambitious. We're doing lunch tomorrow before I head to the airport. Great person and huge fan.
