They're on like late at night on ESPN2. The competitors can be pretty amazing to watch. It's like an insane combination of strength and endurance. I watch them in the same way that I watch things like American Ninja Warrior and World's Strongest Man.

Never watched it but i see the commercials quite a bit.

Great little anecdote about crossfit and human geography: My sister is a very good athlete, she can do muscle ups and runs marathons and things. In NYC she was like the best crossfitter around, her gym would post videos of her doing stuff to their website. But now she's moved to Denver and the people there blow her away. She said she gets embarrassed for taking last in their workouts. Everyone in CO is fit and the lEast coast are weaklings.

crossfit.  i completely changed my physique using crossfit.  before crossfit i wasn't completely ripped.  post-crossfit, i'm ripped and lovely ladies who notice my incredible physique yell "oh-la-la" at me when i walk by.  it's great and i love the pull up socks that we all wear when we go to war in the crossfit dojo.
