Its def like 99% get rich quick pyramid schemes, false info, ignorant info, old paradigms, and poor form.  Also, it is amazing to me how little is understood about nutrition.  Even when you try to elevate to what should be a reputable source.  The avg GP doc doesn't know jack about it and if you randomly choose any two nutritionists, the one thing I can guarantee you is that you will get two startlingly differing opinions on nutrition.

If you are in really good shape, you can come up with something catchy, seemingly easy, or cultish, and you will make a lot of money in "fitness" sales.
