Silver Lake, obviously

My mom is from Silver Lake.  Or as my dad calls it - Scum Lake.  He is from Rossville.

_33 what would you charge to produce a video for someone?  Like someone else takes all the video, you cut it down, do the editing, do the title and credits type stuff?

I have decided that my next home will either be right by city park or out in the University Park area or somewhere like that with a lake view and no neighbors very close. I hate my 10 minute drive to town and still having neighbors where they can see me peeing in part of the backyard.

I have no idea.  I shoot weddings in the summer for like $800 - $1100 each to supplement my teacher income.  But that's the only actual video work I've done and been paid.

The new house is 5 miles from the nearest gas station. It's kind of a real pain in the ass.

Keep sunsets in mind when you're ready to build. Build on a hill with nothing to the west but beautiful landscape.

I will absolutely keep that in mind, and also I will keep in mind to have nothing to the EAST but beautiful landscape for watching the sun RISE.   :fatty:

Man, do I have a place for you. Go find a place out in the county around the Chapman, KS. 25-30 minutes from Manhattan. 30 Minutes from Salina. 10 minutes from Abilene and 15 Minutes from Junction City.

Manhattan is the only place worth-while around the area, but, meh... Idk what you consider conveniences

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Right by eskridge which I already mentioned, which has a lake and a golf course in the flint hills.  :curse: That's where the symphony of the flint hills is. Fanning land!

It's by the lake in the flint hills, which is 5 miles away from eskridge. Ppl try and hit us up for tickets every year.

I wouldn't say it's "right by" Eskridge.....it's only 2 or 3 miles south of Alma.  I've been in that house too and was not aware they were selling.   :peek:

That's actually really close to a house I've been looking at that is my dream house.  I love old houses and this one is amazing.  And it's only about $450,000 above my price range.

Oh my. That's marvelous. I wonder how much you could knock off not buying some of the antiques.
