What about a Frankenstein version? Where the actually sew his body parts together with the body parts of those other players.

Choosing Piggott first was an obvious ruse since he knew he wouldn't be a ble to pick the white boy manager.

he gave all sorts of reasons for piggott.  an interesting thing about the human mind is that our brains anticipate what they assume other humans are thinking and compile and present evidence to overcome the anticipated areas of conflict.  in this case, it is obvious that DJamer's brain is assuming that no one will believe that he'd voluntarily choose to travel with a white manager.

it looks like he's been lining up a "one of my best friends is white" excuse since before the season started.  just how long has he been planning this?

I predicted, before the year began, that I had one worry about Dean.....officiating.   Unfortunately, my prediction has come true.  He has been called for way too many cheap fouls early in the game.  That would mess with his mind because he plays in the paint where a great deal of contract goes on throughout the game.  He gets an arm in the back, drives and gets hammered and, then, gets called for a foul for a slight bump or, like Saturday, just stands there and a guy drives right into him.  The college game officiating is all over the place.  It's totally inconsistent.    Officials make calls as they see fit to keep games close.  At times, they're going to clean the game up while, at other times, they let the game go with all kinds of physicality.  "It's like a box of chocolates, you never know which one you're going to get."

If he was a guard, he could more easily adjust.  Keep your hands off and, if your man gets around you, let the help defense take over.  You can't do that in the paint.   Dean is an easy mark for these inconsistent officials.  He's quiet and looks like the kid who delivers your newspaper.  He plays for middle of the road Kansas State and he doesn't have the hype that surrounds a Ben Simmons.   It's a no brainer then.  When  Mason, playing for KU, drives straight at Dean to make contact.  well, you whistle the quiet kid who plays for the team that is not supposed to win.  Why the young man doesn't even have a tattoo.   You do so, especially when you've decided that your not going to let the crowd intimdate you.

My remedy?   If I were Weber, I'd pull a Calipari.   The next time an official calls a cheap foul on Dean before anyone breaks a sweat, I'd go ballistic.  I'd get out on the floor and in that official's face.  I'd get thrown out of the game and, then, I'd throw some towels and my jacket out onto the floor in order to get the attention of Sports Center.  When asked for an explanation, I'd say:   "I'm sick to death of my talented freshman getting in foul trouble before the first TV timeout.  He's not a Ben Simmons and he doesn't play for one of the elites, but I'm not going to stand by and let him be sent to the bench in half the games we play."

It's time for the K-State crowd to stand up and boo loudly whenever it happens again....keep booing until the officials understand we're not taking it anymore.  There's a reason why Knight, Self, Calipari, Bob Huggins and others work the officials.

p.s.   I attended my first high school varsity game, in many years, last Friday evening.  I have to say that the three man officiating crew did an excellent job when compared to college officials and my team lost.  Of course, they don't have to worry about TV and big money.

I will say that oscar clearly tried to get t'd up in the second half after a no call without success.

He could be trying to get t'd up and the refs are just ignoring him.

We have some amazingly ridiculous fans.

Also, the "ps" about high school officials may be the most ridiculous thing he said.

Seems like the easy fix would be to just get a tattoo so that the referees will like him more.

learnin called oscar one of the top 10 coaches in the country last year. He needs to be put in a mental facility.

I am going to need Trim or Dlew to confirm that a "great deal of contract" actually does go on in the paint.

I guess if you don't play/haven't played college ball, you miss all the nuances.

Also comparing him to a paperboy is ridiculous. He's 6'10".  Most paperboys I know are 6'7" or 6'8" tops.

a good coach would have required him to get at least a tat a month (shoulders and arms) over the summer.  but weber just lets these kids walk all over him.

The best place for him to start would be to get Randolf's portrait on his bicep.

Someone 'shop Dean's face on Chris Andersen's body. I need to have a visual before deciding whether or not I agree with him getting tattoos.

at the very least, he needs a teardrop tattoo under his right eye

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

That kid would never have a bullshit foul called on him.  Ever.
