this needs to be addressed

to the oscar haters on this board- coach weber can't control what type of defense the other teams run against us.

does he have esp?  no.  the majority of the time, teams run man to man against us.  how the hell do you expect him to prepare for a zone when most of the time we will play man to man?

i wish some of you would get out of your ZONE and MAN UP.  i think it's time to apologize to coach and realize some things are out of his scope of influence.  we played nose to nose with one of the best teams in the b12 tonight and are only getting better.

Cosigned.

oscar can't go out there and actually put the ball in the basket.   If you think any coach could have win that game tonight with our bad luck shooting night,  well then maybe you need you check your agenda at the door.

Plus, you can't control the other team from making FT's and us Missing 3's.

Also, what kind of bad luck is it for the opponent to be without one of their best players, but then they come out and play that much harder because they don't have him?

Its just not fair.

We shouldn't really count on making 85+ points to win the game. Playing crappy D cost us a lot more than playing against the zone. Also, making a 3 before the 39 minute mark would be ideal. I wish we practiced shooting, but I guess there is no time for that.

Maybe recruit players who can get buckets like every other team in the conference?
