Yes, this is pretty evident. He never got mad at Elijah at Iowa State for doing it. Bill's got so much crap on that kid. I mean, it's gotta be a laundry list, because he's a hell of a shooter to be sitting him so much.

To be fair, Tech still had on a full court press, down 11, with 13 seconds left. We broke the press and Wes dunked it. He could've walked it out and ran the clock, but Tech wasn't "quitting", so neither did we. Both our guys and the KU players were walking off the court when Greene dunked. Maybe the difference isn't big, but there is a difference IMO.

Maybe not exactly the same situation, but I recall thinking at the time that I wish Wes hadn't done that because we have to play them again. I DGAF about the "classless" discussion point, but stuff like that is bulletin board material.

The outcome of our next matchup with Tech won't matter at all

The Morris Twins numerous technical fouls for elbowing players in the face
Cole Ostrich going all trailer trash on the phone
Brady Morningstar calling Clemente a wet back.

KU pretty much did the same thing in their second to last possession. Our guys were pressing but not fouling. KU could have just about dribbled it out, but because they broke through the pressure they took a wide open 3 and made it. No one is talking about that because obviously it's NBD.
