We got pushed onto FS1 a lot this year due to not being very good. That significantly impacts the number of people watching.

The numbers on the left don't match up. Doesn't seem as bad as the pretty colors make it look.

Plus 6 game losing streak. Our own fans don't want to watch a losing team.

I'm assuming La Tech/UTSA was a regional broadcast only?

(pretty sure it's LA Tech cause UTSA was on FS1, but who knows)

You'd have to crunch a lot of data to prove or disprove this, but for all but the uber blue chip programs, won't ratings always correlate with a team's record? Bad record > crappy tv slot > bad ratings.

We were terribly boring to watch this past year. And I'm a K-State fan. Not sure why anyone else would have watched that crap show.

I actually think we are normally much more boring to watch than we were this year. This season had a lot of games go down to the wire (many with quite a bit of scoring too). We just happened to lose most of them, and it was a down year in the Big 12 so most people didn't care.
