I wasn't going to view it but their methodology explained on page one piqued my interest. The biggest surprise was Truman being the lowest rated, wut? Also H.W. Bush is waaaaaayyyy to high. I thought W, Obama, and Reagan would be in the same neighborhood but I didn't expect that neighborhood to be so low. They are clearly hurt, especially W and Obama, by how media has changed and how presidents are viewed. I wonder where Kennedy would have finished on that if he weren't assassinated.

Poor Carter really got hosed with things that were beyond his control. Also FDR (and Teddy) were such bad asses. They just crap on the small government view of the constitution, and said try to stop me. Really good governing by those boys.
