Has to be thee worst job in thee entire world. Shitty pay. You spend more $ to get elected, then you do get paid. Most of the general public hates you. You're always being judged. Cameras are always on you. You have to make serious decisions who inflict millions of ppl and you don't get to take advantage of being the top dog in this country (slaying hot chicks!)! No thanks, guys!

has one of the best pensions in the world, though. Also, sets your kids up for a pretty good life.

Also, you can go in relatively broke and be rich AF within 6 months of being done.

Free office, staff, and protection for life. Speaking engagements for like $250k plus travel. I would def want to be a single term'er, but it sounds doable.

True, but I don't know if that's worth it to me. I want a low profile job, that pays well, and I like to binge/hide on the weekends. I hate always having to be on, you know? Family functions, work, etc. I have a work party tomorrow night and it's putting me in a bad mood. I just wanna binge and watch the chiefs, not talk about what Sally's husband does.

I wouldn't like the loss of anonymity. Even famous athletes for the most part can go be anonymous places. You think anyone recognizes Ben Zobrist around Nashville? Maybe like 1 out of 250 people.

You have a full staff at your call.

Food = amaze
travel = amaze
interesting ppl = amaze

Basically the only things that would suck are the hours, the lack of privacy, and the scrutiny. However, you have a total secure compound basically where ever you go to keep ppl out of your face if you don't want them there. You have some of the most intelligent ppl in the country at your beckon call and you can fill up your cabinet with them to advise you on the issues. You have the best information available to you. Yeah the decisions would be hard, but you are put in the best position available to make the hard decisions. I mean, I could reconcile most of that.

I'd do it in a heartbeat for what i make now (I'm not even sure what a president has to pay for so that may change, but you get my jist). The major benefit and payday is after your job is done.
