El Yucatec is great, we discovered it in Mexico the first time we had it.   Were so sad I forgot to put it in the checked bag and had to toss it at the airport.   Luckily found it locally at the groceria.

Tapatio is my favorite all around though, love the smokiness.

Tabasco is garbage.

Have you guys seen this YouTube series? They go through a pretty decent gamut of hot sauces. Pretty funny when they get comedians on there.

Just google it. It's fairly simple. Also, if you really like habaneros (both the flavor and the heat), consider homemade habanero ice cream. It's good.
