I saw about 20 minutes of The Head and The Heart a few days ago.  Think it would have been a pretty good show if I could have stayed.  The opener was surprisingly good. Declan McKenna.  Just a dork kid and his buds having fun and playing some great stuff.  Really enjoyed it.

interesting clams/sting factoid- the last time sting played at the uptown in kc was march 1988 and I was there  :surprised:

was really good, even though we got held up at the hotel for too long and only caught the tailend of their set.  When I saw them in Wichita a few months ago, they were awesome and really decent guys to hit the bars up with afterwards.
