the nerve of them for not wanting to pay for treatment for patients who don't follow the treatment requirements, thus negating the effectiveness of such treatment.  I mean there's absolutely no where the money could better be spent in Kansas.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

I agree with Ednksu.  This dumb ass batch of tightwad dollar droolers likely have never been sick.  Poor people need help.  Most of us are a missed paycheck away from poverty.  Why should any board dictate rationing of medical service.  Want to save money, ban paying for vagrant and crap like that, not life saving stuff.
