One of my good friends growing up was a white dude, he started doing drugs and skipping school in middle school.  He met a girl who he got pregnant when they were seventeen, there are three other women he has kids by, he has never been married.  He never graduated high school and has never held one of his crappy jobs for very long because he doesn't always show up and is constantly flunking drug test, or his employer finds out he lied on his app and is a convicted felon.  This kid has had it pretty rough.

Adam Carolla likes to point out how the white man has been been slowly removed from television commercials. Or if there is one, he is always with a black person, an asian, a hispanic, etc. All races and creeds represented. The majority of those commercials the white guy plays a bumbling idiot.

I cannot unsee this now when I watch TV. It's pretty amazing, really.

This could be an interesting study on perception versus reality, because I feel like when you see a minority on a commercial is worthy of celebration, exception being for some specific products or specific programming times. Don't even get me started with same sex and interracial couples.

I know this pain. And what makes it worse is when they wont pass it to you and look absolutely stunned when you make a good play. But, they chalk it up to luck and still don't pass it to you.
