This is kinda interesting with the decisions in Heller and McDonald that seemed to work in favor of no bans on classifications of weapons, specifically handguns.

Otherwise known as a punt.  It will have no bearing on gun control, I mean "safety" laws in the near future.  States will do as they please, and nothing will pass at the federal level.

you obviously don't know crap about either since classification and regulation of certain guns was at the heart of the matter, especially with  McDonald.
