I don't know how j-weekends work but normally on a Monday you didn't work the two days before and on a Friday you don't work the two days after, so my definition makes sense.

OK, So next week I am going to have Monday and Friday off. So I'll have a Monday Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday Friday.

I wouldn't name most of those other days because they aren't useful in the context of "what am I doing today and what do I have to do tomorrow?"
