Worst combination of athletics/academics - Has to be Texas Tech right?

Which is the worst overall school in our conference?  I ran all sorts of metrics on this and Texas Tech finished dead last in everyone.  they are a horrible academic school with even less success in athletics.

I want to throw them out with Iowa State.

overall avg:

1. KSU 1.5

4. OU 4.0
5. OSU 5.0

That's what my numbers look like.  If you couple that with being in the worst town in the conference....when conference armageddon comes, they might be in more trouble than ku/ISU

A guy I work with is a Texas Tech alum. "Chicken with his head cut off" would be putting it lightly
