That sweet spot is called steamed

Mrs. CF3 does a pan cooked carrots with onion that she seasons with currie that is fantastic.

Yes. Also, most fruits and some vegetables are great raw. Some are great cooked too.
I actually can't think of a fruit that is not good raw.

i like both cooked and raw equally. but if i am eating raw veggies i prefer to have them with ranch usually
