ECU players are pi$$ed.   The AD sent out a text at 11am, then he met with the team later in the day and they asked if he'd break up with his wife or girlfriend with a text message, he walked out.

If true, that's absolutely incredible. Good for them.

He doesn't sound white. That will be a problem for them.

Utah and BYU usually clean up on Polynesian players.

Yep, the Mormons have been bombarding the islands with missionaries for a long time.  There is a fairly large Polynesian population in the SLC area now.

I've come to the conclusion that all AD's are giant pos'.  Really awful human beings.

Mushy to South Carolina.  I feel like this would be like Iowa hiring oscar Weber after oscar got canned and Illinois and was an assistant somewhere.

Yep. Also worth noting that Auburn sucked this year and gave up about eleventy billion yards to the Jacksonville State qb.

I don't understand him leaving for that job of the UNT job he wanted as well. Why does he want out so bad? Did he not see from this year's carousel that a good P5 coordinator could get a better job than UNT or Tulane? I have to think that there's some issue with he, Cumbie, and Sweaty Gary.

Were they implying he had a mistress, or they didn't know if he was married?

Someone jumped the gun on the Meachum thing.  Tulane is still interviewing people.  Sorry.

My questions are still relevant, this is the second horrible, barely FBS, job he's clearly interviewed for.

No clue.  All I can figure is he thinks the "co-" part will hold him back.  He's already open about applying for other jobs.  I'd guess he tried for the ISU, Memphis, Syracuse type jobs and get feedback he didn't like.  But Tulane seems like a tough job to prove yourself in with a not good recent history in the same division as Houston, Memphis, SMU with Chad Morris, and Tulsa with Philip Montgomery.
